- All orders are processed between 1-3 business days.
- All orders are delivered via curb-side drop-off with no signature required. Once your order ships, a tracking number will be issued along with the name and website of the carrier. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to monitor their tracking information and contact the carrier directly if there are any questions or concerns about their delivery process.
- If you place your order by credit card and your shipping address has been verified, it will be shipped within 2-5 business days. For wire transfer, Cashier Check or Money Order Payment orders, we will ship your order on the day the fund is cleared into our account.
- If you place your order by credit card and your shipping address and billing address are different, we may ask you to fill out an authorization form and send it back to us. Your order may not be shipped until we receive your signed authorization.
- For merchandise over 100lbs/box, it will be shipped by a professional LTL trucking company. For merchandise under 100lbs, it will be shipped by FedEx, UPS or USPS.
- Currently, we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and overseas addresses.
- Order may be canceled only if we are unable to fulfill and ship your order within 5 business days. You may also cancel your order if your item has not been shipped. However, you will be charged a 10% cancellation fee. Once the item is shipped, the order cannot be canceled. If you choose to cancel your order once it has been shipped, you will be charged for “To And From Shipping And Handling Charges” incurred in shipping your order and a 25% restocking fee.
- In the event a freight is unable to be delivered to an address provided on an order, including but not limited to circumstances where an address is unable to be located or verified, or terrain is unable to be traversed by LTL freight, and is forcibly returned to sender, “To And From Shipping And Handling Charges” incurred in shipping your order and a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Remember to inspect your shipment upon arrival and to check for damages. Minor damages like plastics and fenders for example can be replaced and will be covered under warranty. You will need to email us pictures of damages as well as an itemized list of parts that will need to be replaced in order for us to file a claim. In the event parts are missing from the shipment, please take a picture of the area of the vehicle that parts would normally attach to. Please remember to provide your order number in the email. If you are present at the time of delivery and notice structural damage to the product that is beyond repair, you may refuse shipment with the driver and write “refused based on shipping damage” on the bill of lading. Contact us immediately to notice the refusal. You can receive either a replacement shipment or refund. Please note a replacement may take 2-3 weeks to receive. We will process either your replacement or refund only after the damaged freight has been returned to our facility.
Governing Law
All transactions are governed under the laws of the State of Florida which apply to and interpret your and xgator.us’s rights, duties, and obligations arising from these transactions, as supplemented or modified by this Agreement, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Order Acceptance
xgator.us will only accept your order if (1) you accept the terms of this xgator.us Acquisition Agreement (“Agreement”), (2) you provide a valid ship to address within the United States, and (3) the Product or Service is available.
You accept the terms of this Agreement by clicking to accept these terms and completing your transaction when ordering online or, when ordering by any other means, by opening the package containing the Product.
Payment
We accept Visa Card, Mastercard, Discover Card. Payment must be received in full before your order is shipped.
Order Cancellation Policy
After you place an order, you can cancel your order within 1 hour by phone or email without any charge. If you want to cancel your order, please call us at 754-242-6004 or email your cancellation request to xgatorpowersports@gmail.com during our normal business hours.
xgator.us usually starts to process your order on the same business day. Our early order processing includes address verification, shipment document preparation, charging your credit card, and notifying the warehouse to pack your item. If you cancel after 1 hour, you will be subject to a 6% cancellation fee.
Once your item has been sent to the warehouse, your order cannot be canceled. If you cancel your order or refuse delivery after it has been shipped, you will be responsible for “To and From Shipping and Handling Charges” and a 25% restocking fee.
Shipping Policy
All orders are processed between 1-3 business days. During the holiday season, processing times may be longer due to high volume.
If you place your order by credit card and your shipping address has been verified, it will be shipped between 2-5 business days. For wire transfer, Cashier Check, or Money Order payments, your order will be shipped once funds clear into our account.
If your billing and shipping address are different, we may require a signed authorization form before shipment.
Merchandise over 100lbs per box will ship via LTL freight carrier. Merchandise under 100lbs will ship via FedEx, UPS, or USPS.
Shipping shown at checkout reflects minimum charges. Final shipping cost is based on destination ZIP code.
Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships. Deliveries are curb-side drop-off only with no signature required. Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking and contacting the carrier with any concerns.
For extremely large vehicles (Extra Large 250cc Utility ATVs, 400cc ATVs, Extra Large 150cc Go Karts, Extra Large 250cc Go Karts, 800cc Go Karts, UTVs), lift gates may not be sufficient. You are responsible for providing unloading assistance, a commercial address with a loading dock, or pickup at the carrier terminal.
Shipment Inspection / Shipping Damage Policy
Inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival and note ANY damages on the Bill of Lading (BOL) before signing.
Report damages to xgator.us at 754-242-6004 within 2 days of delivery. If reported within that timeframe, we will file the claim and ship replacement parts free of charge.
Failure to report within 2 days may prevent claim processing. If structural or frame damage beyond repair exists, refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
For minor damages, accept delivery, take photos, and email them to us. Replacement parts will be sent free of charge.
Return Policy
Returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Vehicles returned without an RMA will not be accepted. A copy of your original invoice must be included.
Returns must be made within 7 days in original packaging, unused, unfueled, and in resellable condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Used or fueled vehicles are not eligible for return. Shipping costs (original and return) are non-refundable. A 25% restocking fee may apply.
Clothing and helmets are non-refundable due to hygiene concerns.
Warranty Policy
Warranty is provided by the manufacturer and serviced through xgator.us. Coverage includes 3 months on engine parts only from the date of delivery.
Customers are responsible for shipping or towing vehicles to our facility for warranty service. Labor, towing, and shipping costs are not covered.
Warranty does not cover wear and tear items including batteries, brakes, spark plugs, seats, hoses, filters, clutches, lubricants, gaskets, or damage from racing, accidents, vandalism, or unauthorized repairs.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall xgator.us or its suppliers be liable for lost profits or incidental or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the purchase price of qualifying returned products.
Price Information
Prices cannot be confirmed until after order placement. Pricing errors may occur. xgator.us reserves the right to cancel orders containing pricing errors.
Purchaser Responsibility
You must inspect equipment before use and ensure safe operation. Purchaser assumes all risks associated with use and is responsible for compliance with local and state laws.
Inherent Risks
Riding dirt bikes, scooters, ATVs, go karts, pocket bikes, and UTVs involves risk of serious bodily injury, disability, paralysis, or death. Purchaser assumes all such risks.
Operation, Registration, and License
Purchaser is responsible for registering and operating vehicles according to local and state laws. xgator.us makes no representation that products are street-legal in your jurisdiction.
General
Any terms that extend beyond termination remain in effect until fulfilled. Legal matters shall be filed in Deerfield Beach, Florida.
xgator.us may process and store your contact information to fulfill transactions and communicate regarding satisfaction or services. You may opt out of communications at any time.
Our warranty is provided by the manufacturer of all featured products (Motorcycles and Scooters) and is provided to you through us, the dealer. All manufacturers warrant their vehicles for 3 months on the Engine parts only from the date you receive your vehicle. We will service your vehicle under warranty at no additional costs.
Buyers are responsible to ship or tow in your vehicle to our facility for any warranty service(s). Any outside repair labor charges, down time, towing or shipping charges are not covered under warranty.

Standard Wear and Tear Parts
Standard wear and tear parts include, but are not limited to:
- Batteries
- Body Parts (fenders, covers, housings, swing arm, etc.)
- Brakes
- Spark Plugs
- Throttle grips
- Hoses
- Fuel lines, brake lines
- Filters
- Brake & clutch levers
- Light bulbs
- Seats & upholstery
Warranty Parts Replacement
Defective warranty part(s) are required to be returned to exchange for new replacement part(s). New replacement part(s) under warranty will be shipped to the buyer at no additional costs. Returning your defective part(s) will ensure we send you the correct part(s) and assist us in monitoring and correcting potential manufacturing defects.
Warranty Exception Clauses
It is recommended that you change the oil in your machine before your first ride. Routine oil changes will prolong the life and performance of your engine. The warranty will be voided for any problems arising from lack of routine engine maintenance, i.e. engine sludge.

We strive to provide quality customer service and want our customers to be completely satisfied. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase within 30 days or 500 miles, whichever comes first, for a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping, handling, and other additional charges.
Return Policy Agreement
Please contact one of our friendly staff to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) or email us at xgsales@xgator.us. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number. Once you have an RMA number, it is your financial responsibility to return the item to the address specified.
Packaging Requirements
Customers are responsible for appropriately packaging any product they wish to return, including parts, accessories, and bikes. For vehicle returns, it is crucial that the customer ensures proper packaging so the delivery company accepts the item for return. If the customer fails to package the vehicle correctly and the delivery company refuses to accept the return, we will be unable to issue a refund in such cases.
Freight collect and COD packages will not be accepted.
Missing Packaging or Slight Use
If you do not have the original packaging or manuals, or the item is slightly used, that is acceptable. We will still process a return with a small deduction on your refund for what is missing.
Condition and Restocking Fees
We do not accept any return vehicle that has any sustained damages.
A 25% to 35% restocking fee may be applied according to the condition of the returned item.
This guarantee does not cover returns on items that are damaged, have had alterations of any kind, or have been used or maintained in a way that is not recommended by the manufacturer.
Refurbished Items
Refurbished items do not qualify for this guarantee. All sales are final for all refurbished products.
Return Eligibility After 30 Days
If you have received your vehicle for more than 30 days and have used it, you will not be eligible to return it for refund or replacement. You can contact us to get authorization to send the vehicle or parts back for repair.
Unauthorized or Late Returns
Over 6 months return or unauthorized return may be subject to over 50% restocking fee.
Shipping and Freight Charges
In order to keep you completely satisfied and maintain rock bottom prices, our shipping expenses are neither refundable nor reimbursed for any reason. This includes all freight charges: the first shipment and return. Original freight expense will be deducted from your refund.
